I’m Simon Goria, consultant, strategist, and founder of Logistics Craft.

I’ve led transformation at global scale, from automating warehouses across continents to advising on robotics, UAVs, and digital platforms for the future of supply chain. My work has appeared in industry panels, innovation labs, and executive boardrooms across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

I speak four languages fluently and navigate cultures with ease. Whether I’m drafting a strategic roadmap, scaling a robotics solution, or helping a client rethink their operations, I bring clarity, precision, and a bias for action.

I hold multiple postgraduate degrees in management, economics, supply chain, and project leadership. But I’m a lifelong learner, driven by curiosity, collaboration, and the thrill of solving complex problems.
